Returns and Refunds -

All Items must be returned if you wish to have a refund, regardless of reason. 

All Returns will be investigated. In cases where dhs-moto.com has made no errors you will not be refunded the shipping costs. Only the cost of the item once returned.

All Return shipping labels for Canadian residents will be provided by dhs-moto. This ensures it is returned to the correct place. It is the buyer's responsiblity to package , print label and drop of the item for return. 

 

International Returns are soley the responsiblity of the buyer all costs for shipping and duties will be your responsiblility. If an item is successfully returned, we will refund the item cost, minus any duties or fees due upon receipt of return if any.
